Officer Hannah Masters began working at the Cross Plains Police Department in 2023 and is currently assigned as a Patrol Officer. She is a 2019 graduate of Southwest Wisconsin Technical College, where she earned her Associates Degree and 720 Law Enforcement Academy, graduating with honors. Upon graduating Southwest Tech., Officer Masters worked at the Lancaster Police Department for approximately a year.
Officer Masters pursued working in law enforcement because it is something she wanted to do since she was a child. She wanted to make police or 'cop' not such a scary word to the community. Officer Masters likes working with children and hopes to create better community bonds/relationships with children and law enforcement.
Officer Masters grew up in small town, Kendall, Wisconsin. She relocated to Cross Plains after being hired.
Outside of work, Officer Masters enjoys hunting, fishing, spending time with family, traveling and physical fitness.
Officer Masters hopes to educate the community of the role of law enforcement as well as create better community policing. Officer Masters hopes to become an instructor after her career in law enforcement.
