Village Contract Consultants
The Village contracts with Associated Appraisal Consultants, Inc. as the Village Assessor. They have complied the assessment data for all Village property’s into an online database accessible to the public.

Open Book / Board of Review
Open Book is typically held in May and Board of Review in June of each year. Open Book is a time when you can meet with the assessor to individually discuss concerns with your property’s assessed valuation. If after the Open Book session, you wish to contest the assessed value, please call the Village Clerk at 608-798-3241 ext 106 at least 48 hours prior to Board of Review to obtain an objection form and to make an appointment for the Board of Review.
2023 Open Book is scheduled for Tuesday, April 4, 2023 from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM. Appointments for Open Book will be only by phone, email, or internet video conferencing. Please call Associated Appraisal at 920-749-1995 to schedule an appointment.
2023 Board of Review is scheduled for Monday, April 24, 2023 from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Village Hall. Failure to provide 48 hours notice to the Village Clerk may result in denial of a hearing at the Board of Review.
