NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that at an election to be held in the Village of Cross Plains, on Tuesday, April 6, 2021, the following offices are to be elected to succeed the present incumbents listed.  The term for village president and village trustee begins on April 20, 2021. All terms are for two years unless otherwise indicated.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that the first day to circulate nomination papers is December 1, 2020 and the final day for filing nomination papers is 5:00 p.m., on Tuesday, January 5, 2021, in the office of the village clerk located at 2417 Brewery Road, Cross Plains, WI 53528.


NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that if a primary is necessary, the primary will be held on Tuesday, February 16, 2021.


Acceptable Photo ID will be required to vote at this election.  If you do not have a photo ID you may obtain a free ID for voting from the Division of Motor Vehicles.

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at the Rosemary Garfoot Public Library – Community Room, located at 2107 Julius Street, Cross Plains, WI 53528 at 6:00 pm or at the earliest extent possible, on January 12, 2020 before the Zoning Board of Appeals, regarding the following items(s):

  1. A petition from Mr. Kim Statz, for an area variance from sections 84.29(g) and 84.73(d) of the Village of Cross Plains Municipal Code of Ordinances to allow an intrusion into the street side/front yard at 2207 Caesar Street, Cross Plains, WI.
