Update 11.5.2021

The majority of construction for this development has concluded with the exception of third party utility installation. The Village has received a request from the Developer to deed the infrastructure to the Village. The Village Board will consider these at its November 22nd board meeting.

Upon acceptance by the Village Board, the Village will place temporary barricades at the Laufenberg Boulevard connection point to discourage thru traffic. However, since it will be a public street at this point, the Village will need to keep the road open for services. All construction vehicles (including housing construction) are still required to access the site from N. Hill Point Road.
