[ARCHIVED] KEEP UPDATED ON COVID-19 (CORONAVIRUS)

coronavirus

VILLAGE HALL IS CURRENTLY OPENED TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC AND OPERATING AS NORMAL, SUBJECT TO PUBLIC HEALTH RESTRICTIONS.  WE ARE ENCOURAGING BILL-PAY AND FEE PAYMENTS TO BE DONE ONLINE OR DROPPED OFF AT THE LOCK BOX AT THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING TO REDUCE FACE TO FACE INTERACTION. PLEASE FOLLOW ANY POSTED INSTRUCTIONS WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT VILLAGE HALL TO MAINTAIN SOCIAL DISTANCING.

FACEMASK REQUIREMENT

On August 17, 2021, Public Health Madison & Dane County issued a new face covering emergency order, requiring all people age 2 and older in Dane County to wear a face covering when indoors and with people from outside of their household - or while riding on public transportation.

The new order goes into effect on Thursday, August 19, and will remain in place through September 16.

The new order comes as COVID-19 cases continue to rise in Dane County and across the country due in part to the delta variant. Data show that the delta variant is more contagious and spreads more easily than the original COVID-19 virus, including among people that are vaccinated.

Public Health also strongly recommends wearing a face covering at private gatherings or crowded outdoor settings.

We have set up a Zoom teleconference line for the public to monitor the meetings by phone or virtually. The meeting links are unique to each meeting. Instructions to log in can be found in the following link.
