Pursuant to §66.0617(3), Wis. Stats, notice is hereby given that the Village of Cross Plains will hold a public hearing on Monday, May 24th, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. at the Rosemary Garfoot Public Library – Community Room, 2107 Julius Street, Cross Plains WI 53528. The public hearing will take place at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Village Board.
The public hearing will be held to gather public input on proposed ordinance to create a public water impact fee to be assessed to any new development requiring connection to the Village’s public water system. All persons interested, are invited to attend the public hearing and be heard. Please note that due to current restrictions regarding COVID-19, the facility will have limited seating. Interested parties are encouraged to participate by Zoom. The proposed ordinance, Water System Impact Fee Study and Public Facilities Needs Assessment are available for review at Village Hall, 2417 Brewery Road, Cross Plains WI or online at: http://www.cross-plains.wi.us. Written comments on the proposed ordinance, Water System Impact Fee Study or Public Facilities Needs Assessment should be submitted before the public hearing date to the Village Administrator (email@example.com). All written comments will be forwarded to the Village of Cross Plains Village Board.
