Update October 19, 2021
Creek Crossing at St. Francis continues to work toward substantial completion. Construction is required to be concluded on or before October 31, 2021. This week CCSF will be working on:
• Curb and gutter and sidewalk being installed on Hill point Rd and Laufenberg traffic circle on Tuesday. Hill point will likely have some work later this week to reshape the road to new grades.
• Final topsoil re-spreading on-going all week.
• Landscape restoration started 10/18/21 and will be on-going.
• Dry utilities started 10/18/21 (electric and telecom). Gas to start 10/20/21 with two crews.
• Fine grading for asphalt starting 10/20/21.
The Village has also received an application to change the zoning for Lots 70-77 to a Planned Development with the underlying Zoning of Duplex-Residential 6. More information on this notice may be found at https://www.cross-plains.wi.us/AgendaCenter/ViewFile/Agenda/_11012021-302?html=true.
Update October 4, 2021-
Currently, base course has been placed and sidewalk and curb will be poured this week. Restoration work has begun and will continue through the the month of October. A conceptual plan has been submitted to the Village to develop duplexes for Lots 70-77. This conceptual plan will be considered by the Plan Commission and Village Board prior to a public hearing in November.

Update August 6, 2021-
On Monday, August 9th (rain date of Tuesday, August 10th), Parisi will be tying into the sanitary sewer at the end of Laufenberg. Part of this process requires to have the core drill truck use Laufenberg Blvd to access the manhole.
This should only take a few hours.

Update July 22, 2021-
Construction is scheduled to start for Creek Crossing at St.Francis on Monday, July 26, 2021. All construction vehicle access will only be allowed from North Hill Point Road. No construction vehicles are permitted to access the site from Laufenberg Blvd. until the contractor is ready to connect Laufenberg Blvd at a later point in the construction schedule. Work at this site is expected to last until the end of October.
