It's time for Metal Mania and the Electronic Recycling Event!
Locate all of your old computers, electronics and appliances you want to recycle! Then on Saturday, April 2nd, from 8am-12pm bring those items to the Village Hall. Please see below for event pricing for these items! If you have questions, please contact Resource Solutions at 608-244-2454.
NO CHARGE for these items: CPU's, laptops, keyboards, computer mice, computer cords, circuit boards, UPS, power strips, calculators, scanners, printer cables, printers, small copiers, telephones, cell phones, fax machines, VCR's, DVD players, stereo equipment, remote controls, networking equipment, lead acid car batteries, Christmas lights, extension cords, electric motors, pots and pans, ceiling fans, box fans, grills, George Foreman Grills, vacuum cleaners and rechargeable batteries from laptops, cell phones and power tools.
Recycling Fee for these items:
Monitors CRT and LCD (Flat screen)- $20 each
Televisions- 29" and smaller- $20 each, 30"-49"- $40 each, 50" and over, wooden console, projection- $60 each
Large Copy Machines- $15 each
Treadmills- $25 each
Appliances-
Microwaves- $15 each, Stoves, washers, dryers, water heaters and furnaces- $25 each
Freon-containing appliances-
Air conditioners, dehumidifiers, dorm size refrigerators- $20 each,
Large Freon appliances- $35 each (must be brought to their facility. Call for more information.)
Metal Mania is BACK!
Time to search your garage, basement, yard, attic, etc. for all your metal items you need to get rid of - bikes, bed frames, swing sets, car ramps, pipe - anything metal. CALL THE VILLAGE OFFICE at 608-798-3241 to get your name on the list for this special pick-up! This pick-up is for Village residents only and is for metal only - no appliances, wood furniture or other white goods will be accepted.
