Have you ever thought about running for Village Board or Village President? Ever wondered what the position entailed? Now is the time to find out!
There will be 3 Village Trustee seats on the ballot this coming spring. They are currently held by Judy Kelter-Ketelboeter, Andy Hartman and Doug Brunner. This is a two-year term position. Trustees are asked to attend Village Board meetings once a month and are appointed to a committee (different for each trustee) and must attend
those committee meetings once a month (for a total of two meetings a month). You must be a Village resident to run for these positions.
The position of Village President will be up for re-election as well. This position is currently held by Jay Lengfeld and is also a two-year term position. The Village President usually attends 3-4 meetings per month. You must be a Village resident to run for this position.

Important dates to remember:
-November 29- Local Candidate Nomination papers and Information Packet available for pick-up at the Village Office.
-December 1- First day for candidates to circulate nomination papers.
-December 23- Last day (5:00pm) for incumbents not seeking re-election to file Notification of Non-Candidacy with the Village Clerk.
-January 3- Last day (5:00PM) for candidates to file nomination papers with the Village Clerk.
