The Village wants to make communication easier than ever with TextMyGov!
You can now text 'CROSS PLAINS' to 91896 to sign up to receive text notifications from the Village. Message and data rates may apply (check with your carrier for details). You can text STOP at any time to remove yourself from the notification list.
Notifications could be about street closures, garbage pick-up changes as well as other Village Announcements.
You can also text 608-413-2933 with certain keywords to get answers to your most common questions. More on this feature coming soon!
Coming in early March, look for a sign-up for a geo-location option. This will allow us to associate your phone number with your address so if something is affecting your location, we can send a message out just to your area. This will be especially helpful for water main breaks, power outages, etc.
We will not share your number with anyone.
